Description	:	The neck/spout is 1 inch tall, and 2,1/2 inch wide (dia) The canteen itself is 6,3/8 inches high, and 3,3/4 inches by 7 inches wide. The metal bands that hold the leather straps are 15/16 inches wide to accomodate a leather strap 3/4 inches wide. The metal band on top of the cup (cap) is only 5/8 inches wide.
