Everybody has a mess on their bench that has all those small items that seem to get lost. So, I built a small tin box that has a tray for all the pencils and misc. I then added a raised set of squares to place all my different plyiars, and a separate set of squares that contain my scissers/rulers/small hammers/files/screw drivers and etc. It really keeps my small items in one place and is easy to access. In the same picture, I built a round item that contains my liquid flux, flux remover and a plastic bottle with a long spout to dispense the flux.
